Fisherman's Village
Fisherman's Village will be built on a designated parcel which encompasses about 50 acres. This retail, tourist center will bring a sense of Old Hoi An as a historic port along with the excitement of a new community that will gather in this market place to buy local fish, produce and crafts that are familiar to the local culture and to socialize or just people watch.
Theme restaurants will bring a new sense of diversity to an already well know area known for its fine cuisine. In addition the village base for boat taxis that will run to and from Old Hoi An on the Truong Giang river with planned stops in between. In all, PHILAND has planned for about 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space plus an open market area.
